Product Questions

The portable power station can charge various devices such as projectors car mini refrigerators, blenders, electric drills, coffee machines, electric grills, drones, rice cookers, induction cookers, air conditioners, electric kettles, laptops, mobile phones desk lamps, CPAP, tablets, Gopro speakers TV screens, cameras, etc.

Festivals/BBQs/Parties

Medical equipment such as CPAP

Outdoor adventures/travel/camping/tailgating/RV life

Disaster relief such as hurricanes/floods/wildfires/earthquake power outages

Event production/filmmaking/photography/drones...

With a portable power station, there's no reason to be left in the dark if the power goes out.

1. First, you need to check the working power of your device in watts. If it is less than the output power of the AC port of 2400w, then Q2501 can support it. For example, SolarPlay power station Q2501 can run AC devices with 110V-240V and less than 2400W.

2. Then you can calculate the working time with the following formula: Working time Watt-hour of Q2501 0.85/working power of the device. Example: Suppose your device has a power consumption of 700W(maybe a microwave oven), and you want to use Q2501 to run your device.

2160Wh*0.85/700w is about 2.6 hours, and the screen will show 2 hours. When it is less than 100 minutes, the screen will show the actual minutes. More than 100 minutes less than 2.5 hours will show 2 hours. More than 2.5 hours will show 3 hours. The data is theoretical laboratory data. Please note that the actual power consumption varies depending on many factors.

The SolarPlay power station can be charged with a third-party brand solar panel. You must match the plug size and input voltage of the SolarPlay power station you want to charge. For example, the third-party solar panel for the SolarPlay Q2501 should have the following specifications:

1. The voltage must be between 11.5-50V

2. We include an XT90 to MC4 cable in the standard package, which can be used to connect to the XT90 port on the machine, and you can use this cable to connect to the solar panel

3. Note: However, we cannot recommend other brands of products to charge your SolarPlay Q2501 power station. Because we cannot guarantee the safety and quality of these products, nor can we provide after-sales service for them. It is strongly recommended that you purchase a matching SolarPlay solar panel for your SolarPlay Q2501.

Shipping & Returns Questions

SolarPlay orders can be shipped to the following regions:

North America: United States (does not include outlying islands and overseas territories), Canada

Europe: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Estonia, Ireland, Hungary, Greece, Slovenia, Slovakia, Portugal, Luxembourg, Lithuania, Latvia, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, Poland,Switzerland, Monaco

Asia: Japan

( We do not ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.)

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. (Except for pre-sale products or out of stock products ). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
If your package has been pending for more than 5 business days, the package may be lost or delayed due to logistics issues. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email at shopify@solarplay.net for further assistance.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be updated within 48 hours. If your tracking information has not been updated within 5 business days, please contact shopify@solarplay.net. If you haven't received the email, check your spam or junk email folder or contact us.

If you track the number in the tracking system without any results, it means the carrier has not yet updated the parcel information. In that situation, you might need to wait two more days until the database is updated by logistics companies.

Due to different warehouses and out of stock, your order may be separated into several packages. Normally, packages will be delivered in 5 days, please wait the rest of packages patiently, If you still haven't received the rest packages after schedule time, please kindly feel free to contact us to ask for the detail.
If the tracking details show that your package was delivered and you cannot locate it, we ask that you wait for a couple of business days as there may be a delay by the shipping carrier. We also recommend that you check your surrounding area and ask neighbors to see if it was misdelivered to the wrong address by accident. If after that time you still haven't received your package, please reach out to shopify@solarplay.net for further instructions.

Items returned to us that meet the following guidelines will be fully refunded for the cost of the merchandise. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• Returned within 30 days of receipt

• Sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt

•Must be in resalable condition

•Must be free from scratches and/or defects

•Must not have been installed

•Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging

•Must not have any writing on the original packaging •Must not be missing pieces

•Must not be clearance/liquidations/closeout

Any items that do not meet the above criteria will be subject to a restocking fee. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Customized items couldn't be returned.

Refunds of all kinds are always processed back to the original form of payment and at this time, we do not have the ability to change the method of payment.

It generally takes us up to 5-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed on our end, we will email you a confirmation.

For returned items needing a refund, the package must first be processed back into our warehouse after we receive your package. It usually takes about 10 days to receive your package and handle refund.

In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after the time frame shown above, please Contact us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
